Bra the right size is key to an irreproachable. Too loose and ill- adjusted, it will be of no use. In addition, the tissues of your chest may spoil. A poorly supported breasts will make you look older and weigh down your silhouette. If instead it is too tight bra can cut your risk of skin. Depending on your weight or variation on different brands, the size of your bra can change. So remember to take your measurements regularly to renew your underwear, at best every six months ( balance of benefit ), at worst every year and follow our 5 tips for choosing the right bra.
1: Measure your chest around here
Wear your bra . Use a tape measure and put it just below your chest. Add to this is 12.5 cm to find your size . For example, if your ribcage measurement between 68 and 72 cm, height is 85, between 73 and 77, she is 90 and between 78 and 82 cm it is 95. If your tour below chest is greater than 90 cm , add only 2.5 to 7.5 cm to find your size. If you have a tower below chest between 96 and 110 cm, do not add anything.

2 : Determine the size of your cup bra
Measure your chest where it is the most generous, the tape is stretched horizontally. The difference between this measurement and your tower below indicates your breast cup size. If you have a round below 81 cm chest and chest circumference of 100 cm, the difference being 19 inches, your cup size is D. If the difference is 13 inches, your cup size is A, if it is 17 inches, your cup size is C and if the order of 23 cm , choose a cap F.
3 : Try the bra
Do not staple inside out by setting the seal on your breasts then turn it back. Lean forward for proper positioning of your breasts in the cups and staple your bra in the back in the second notch.
4: Adjust the straps
If the straps are too thin, they tend to mark your shoulders. Choose a model with slightly wider shoulder straps with pads or gel. Remember to readjust the straps each time you put a bra.
5 : Make sure the model you choose fits
Your breasts should fill the bonnets but without overflowing. A cap that cuts the top of the breast and that jut is too small. Take a size up. If the cap is yawning or pockets, breast lift and reposition the property in the middle. If the cap still yawns , take a size smaller. Make sure the frames are covered with cloth lightly padded for maximum comfort. And finally the center of the bra should be pressed against the skin.
