The spa water and its benefits

Sure that your city has a urban spa or water circuit. Go ahead and treat yourself to an afternoon in the water. But before we find out what is and what each part of the circuit .

Begins circuit with a warm shower (1 to 2 minutes). This type of shower to be used interspersed with baths, shower or pool circuit to avoid too abrupt contrasts .

* Turkish Bath Hammam: option is a wet sauna. Through the steam the pores open , allowing greater removal of toxins. It is also perfect for relaxing. ( From 5 to 8 minutes).

 


 


* Scottish Shower : jets of hot water , about 36 ยบ . Dilate blood vessels , which promotes perspiration, relax the muscles and joints. The blood flows into the dermis which creates a slight feeling of elevation of body temperature. ( 1 to 2 minutes).

* Mist Shower : micro-jets of very cold water in the form of rain. The low-temperature water shrinks the blood vessels which reduces inflammation and congestion potential surface and the temperature of the bodies .. ( Between 1 to 2 minutes) .

* Footbath: is the foot bath with jets that activate the circulation of the lower extremities.
