Recipes for healthy hair

Here we bring you recipes for healthy hair, and to keep careful, do not forget to follow them, are home and economic wastage is not necessary for a pretty hair.

Nourishing mask for dry hair:

Ingredients:

•olive oil, 1 tbsp.
•sunflower oil, 1 tbsp.
•peanut oil, 1 tbsp.
•almond oil, 1 tbsp.
•safflower oil, 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

•In a bowl put the five oils and causes the fire, stirring until it begins to heat and make steam.
•Remove from heat and let cool briefly.

 


 


Method of application:

•Apply this preparation, massaging the scalp.
•Place a plastic cap and leave to act 15 minutes.
•Rinse and wash your hair as usual.

Homemade Shampoo for dry hair avocado

Ingredients:

•An avocado
•A cup of neutral liquid soap
•A teaspoon of lemon juice
•Two teaspoons of olive oil
•A cup of water

Preparation:

Blend well avocado with lemon juice and olive oil so that no lumps are not and, in turn, will not darken (lemon will do its work). Then, you simply have to mix the resulting water and neutral soap, mixing well.

At the time of use, you simply have to massage your hair as you usually do, leaving acting and flushing. What you need to save it on the fridge (lasts about a week).

Banana Mask for dry hair:

Ingredients:

•A ripe banana
•One tablespoon lemon juice
•One tablespoon of sunflower oil

Preparation:
Start grinding the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree. Add the sunflower oil and tablespoon of lemon juice, crushing it to form a smooth paste without lumps.

The next step will be to apply banana mask for dry hair from the hairline to the tips, taking good care of covering all areas. Leave to act for half an hour and then washed with warm or hot water.
