No need to make any sacrifice to feel and look good, just follow some simple tips to help you always be strong and healthy.
•Always eat breakfast!: It is essential that you do to recharge batteries (remember that your body has gone too long without food) and to jump-start your metabolism. Try it includes fruits, cereals and a glass of milk or milk derivatives.
•Avoid sugar, alcohol and caffeine: This is because even though at first fuel your body and make you feel “more awake” passed its rapid effect, cause your body to lose lots of energy.
•Drink at least 1 ½ liters of water a day: In addition to maintaining the proper functioning of your whole body, avoid fatigue, because dehydration is one of the factors that cause it.
•Consume foods rich in iron: This mineral is essential for proper tissue oxygenation (note that the iron is part of the blood). You’ll find it in meat (whether beef, fish, pork, chicken, turkey, etc..) Grains such as rice, wheat, rye, oats, etc..; Green vegetables like spinach and collards, and legumes such as beans and lentils, among others.

•No need to spend hours in a gym, you can simply exercise (how about a stationary bike or stair climber?) Half an hour three times a week to keep your body healthy and fit. Also, walking at a brisk pace every day will do wonders for your body and your health. See for yourself.
•This means that you try your eight hours sleep at night (as far as possible
avoid unveiled in front of the TV or compu) and if you can afford, lie a short
